Figma Team Organization

I restructured our team’s Figma workspace to improve efficiency, collaboration, and consistency across projects. By introducing client-specific Teams with custom icons, creating organized folder systems, and standardizing file templates, I made it easier for designers to find what they need quickly and work cohesively. The new system increased productivity and gave our shared workspace a clear, professional foundation.

Presentation Templates

I designed and maintained a dynamic Google Slides template system for our agency, built to align with updated brand guidelines and offer flexible, user-friendly layouts. After collecting team feedback from the initial release, I launched version 2.0 with refined design elements and improved usability, helping everyone create polished, on-brand presentations with ease.

Zoetis Diagnostics Design Library

I built a dedicated Figma design library to streamline access to commonly used Zoetis Diagnostics assets. The library includes organized component systems for logos, icons, and email modules, giving designers a centralized, efficient resource that ensures visual consistency and saves time across projects.
